Wesak Day commemorates three significant events; the birth, enlightenment and passing away of the Buddha. These events occurred on the full moon day of Vesakha. This year in Malaysia, Wesak Day is celebrated on May 21st, 2016. HAPPY VESAK!

  BEGINNERS' MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COURSE

Beginners Mindfulness Meditation Course has ended. Group practice begins from May 4th. Second part of the course on establishing mindfulness on the Dhamma (Reality) begins from June 1st (for about 8 Lessons). Establishing mindfulness on the Dhamma (Reality) or in Pali, Dhammanupassana is the key to knowing how to manage the mind. This base is very wide and we will first begin with establishing mindfulness on the 5 Hindrances. We hope to see you back in class on Wednesday from 7.30 - 9.30 PM.
